Treatment is chosen around the person in front of me. Depending on what brings you in, an appointment may include structural osteopathic techniques, gentler craniosacral approaches, movement assessment and practical advice for the days after treatment.
First visit
I will ask about your symptoms, health background, lifestyle, goals and anything that may shape care.
Movement, posture and relevant physical findings are reviewed so treatment can be matched to your presentation.
Treatment is adapted to your age, comfort, health history and the clinical picture on the day.
You may receive movement guidance, self-care suggestions or a follow-up plan where that is useful.
